基于SWOT-PEST分析的中国跨境电商发展应用研究

跨境电子商务作为互联网经济的重要组成部分,改变了传统的贸易方式,推动着全球贸易的互动交换、资源共享与商业模式的创新。与此同时,“一带一路”的倡议和建设也为跨境电商的发展提供了巨大的市场空间和历史机遇。本文基于SWOT-PEST矩阵分析模型,结合中国跨境电商发展过程中面临的政治、经济、社会、技术等因素,分析中国跨境电商发展的内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与威胁,通过研究得出策略组合的运用,提出相应的对策建议。

Research on the Application of Cross-border E-commerce in China Based on SWOT-PEST

As an important part of the Internet economy, cross-border e-commerce has changed the traditional trade mode and promoted the interactive exchange, resource sharing and business model innovation of global trade. At the same time, the initiative and construction of "One Belt And One Road" also provide huge market space and historical opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce. Based on the SWOT-PEST matrix analysis model, this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of China"s cross-border e-commerce development by combining the political, economic, social and technological factors in the development process of cross-border e-commerce in China, obtains the application of strategy combination through research, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
