摘    要:随着计算机网络技术的快速发展和社会科技创新能力的不断提高,科研新项目和新课题的数目迅速增长,传统的查新工作由于受到于工作流程繁杂、沟通方式不畅、资源分配不均等方面的限制,在高效性、及时性、针对性等方面已逐渐满足不了科技人员的需求.为此,本研究设计了一条高效、简捷的工作流程,用于合理重组、分配查新资源;规范科技查新工作内容,模块化业务流程;基于用户委托信息数据合理重组、分配查新资源,从而提高科技查新工作效率,节省大量时间及人力资源,极大地便利用户查新工作.以紧密吻合业务、模块化的业务流程模型为基础,结合针对用户委托信息数据的统计分析进行查新资源的重组优化,可大幅度提升信息交流及工作效率.

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer network technology and the continuous improvement of social science and technology innovation capabilities, new scientific research projects and new topics increase rapidly, and the traditional novelty search work is limited by complicated workflow, poor communication, and uneven resource allocation. So the work gradually fails to meet the needs of the vast number of science and technology workers in terms of efficiency, timeliness, and pertinence work. Based on this consideration, an efficient and concise workflow was designed for rational reorganization and allocation of new resources; Standardized the content of scientific and technological novelty search, modularized the business process, rationally reorganized and allocated novelty-based resources based on user entrusted information data, improve the efficiency of scientific and technological novelty-checking work, save a lot of time and human resources, and greatly facilitate users and novelty-checking work. Based on the close-fitting business and modular business process model, combined with statistical analysis of user entrusted information big data, the reorganization and optimization of new resources can greatly improve information exchange and work efficiency.
