开放式创新模式下创新资源共享对创新绩效的影响——环境动荡性的调节效应

将环境动荡性作为调节变量引入开放式创新模式下创新资源共享与创新绩效之间关系的研究,以浙江宁波和上海市的企业作为样本,以创新资源共享为前因变量,探讨在不同维度环境动荡性影响下,资源共享对创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明:创新资源共享对创新绩效有显著正向影响;市场动荡性在资源共享频率与创新绩效以及资源输入与创新绩效的关系之间起正向调节作用;技术动荡性在资源输出与创新绩效的关系之间起着正向调节作用。

Influence of Innovation Resource Sharing on the Innovation Performance under the Open Innovation Model-Moderating Effect of Environmental Dynamism

The paper takes environmental dynamism as moderator into the relationship between innovation resource sharing and innovation performance.Based on the Shanghai and Ningbo enterprises,the study explores the predicting effect of innovation resource sharing on innovation performance under different environmental dynamism level.Results reveal that innovation resource sharing has a direct and significant impact on innovation performance,marketing dynamism has a positive moderating effect between the relationship of resource sharing frequency and innovation performance and the relationship of resource input and innovation performance,technology dynamism has a positive moderating effect between the relationship of resource output and innovation performance.
