Marketing Orientation of Rural Technical Personnel for Agricultural Technological Progress

The transition of governmental supply model to market supply model for agricultural technology was discussed from perspective of relationship of rural technological demands and their supplies,in which the marketing of technical personnel would facilitate the effective distribution of agricultural technology by using market mechanisms.This development would provide an expansive approach for realizing the value of technical personnel.Therefore,relevant institutional settings should be established to promote the development of rural technical personnel markets and to regulate the behaviors of technical personnel in their participation in the markets.To speed up agricultural progress,existing rural technical personnel should be mobilized and more technical persons should be introduced in the fields of rural and agricultural development.
