合作创新还是自主创新?

目前在技术创新研究领域仍然存在着许多问题亟待解决,投入不足是重要的一个方面,而更重要的问题是技术创新方法的选择,其对技术创新的成败和成本起着关键性的作用。合作创新可以缩短技术创新的时间,可以在合作的各方分摊创新成本及分散双向风险,从而增强企业在市场上的竞争地位,是企业适应世界经济一体化和世界产业结构变化的一项战略措施。在我国,以技术转移、合作开发等形式进行的国际技术合作可以缩短我国技术进步的时间,减少技术创新的费用,对国家的发展十分有益;另外在提倡自主创新时,要强调充分利用国际资源来提高自身的创新能力,使我国在更短的时间内赶上世界先进水平。
