| Abstract: | Technical innovation is the guarantee for the continuous development of our country's industrial enterprise after Acceding to WTO.Firstly,this paper introduces the situation of the Capacity of Industrial Enterprises' Technological Innovation in our country.Secondly,the factors are analyzed which affect the Capacity of Industrial Enterprises' Technological Innovation in our country,Finally,Innovation Policy is put forward. |
