| 摘 要： | 标准的确立对于一个国家或地区的经济发展、产业优化乃至国家和地区的安全具有重要意义,但标准的实施及推广受到诸多因素的影响。在分析技术标准竞争的主要影响因素的基础上,探讨了我国的3G标准国际化竞争所面临的有利条件和不利因素,由此提出了我国TD-SCDMA标准推广实施策略。

| Abstract: | The establishment of standards has a significant meaning for a country or a region in terms of economic de-velopment,industry optimization and even national or regional security,but the execution of standards can be affected by many factors.Based on analyzing the main factors of technology standards competition,the advantage and disadvantage faced by 3G standards international competition are discussed,the execution strategy of TD-SCDMA standards is also advised in this paper. |
