重新构建技术经济评价指标体系的思考

现有技术经济学理论的观点是内部收益率法与净现值法的评价结论必须一致,本文探讨得出的结论是依据此观点给出的有关内部收益率指标及其评价理论没有存在的理论与实际意义。在此基础上,提出了依据不同投资人的期望要求构建经济性评价指标体系的观点,并上升理论探讨了不同投资人期望要求的六种类型,同时给出了满足不同类型投资期望要求的评价指标体系。从而揭示了内部收益率法存在的意义及应有的定位。

Newly Designing on Evaluation Indexes System of Techno- Economics

A viewpoint of actual techno-economics is to retain the consistent appraising conclusion of inside income rate and net present value.The article consider that the inside income rate and its appraising methods based on this viewpoint are without practice meaning.A new viewpoint is bring forward to build the appraising indexes system of economy nature based on expectation needs of different investors in the article,and six kinds of expectation needs of different investors are discussed in theory,and the appraising indexes system on expectation needs of different investors are built.Thereby the practice meaning of inside income rate method is brought forth.
