| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业区别于传统企业的特殊性,决定了它在人才管理上的特殊性,传统企业的人才管理方式已不适应高新技术企业人才管理的需求。本文首先探讨了高新技术企业及其人才的主要特点,在此基础上阐述了我国高新技术企业加强人才管理的有效对策。

| Abstract: | high-new technique enterprises are different from the particularity of traditional enterprises and decide that their particularity in talent management,so some of the traditional talent management has not been suitable for the requirement of high-new technique enterprises.In this paper,main characteristics of high new technique enterprises themselves and people of their talent are studied.On this base,some effective countermeasures are tabled to strengthen the talent management in high-new technique enterprises. |
