创业者的风险研究:从风险承担到风险管理

通过对创业领域中风险研究文献的梳理,发现对创业者的风险承担倾向有两种不同的结论:一种结论认为创业者具有较高的风险承担倾向,另一种结论认为创业者的风险承担倾向与其他人没有显著不同。基于相互矛盾的结果,后来的研究转向分析创业者对风险的认知方面,认为创业者的认知偏见影响了创业者对风险的感觉。本文在总结各种研究结论的基础上,提出了未来的研究方向,认为创业者对风险的管理活动应该成为研究的重点。

The Role of Entrepreneur: From Risk - taker to Risk - manager

As a key notion of entrepreneurship,risk-taking attracts many researchers' attention.There are two main conclusions,one is that entrepreneur has a higher risk-taking propensity,the other is that entrepreneur' risk-taking propensity does not differ with others'.In order to explain these different conclusions,some researches begin to explore the cognitive processes of entrepreneur.based on a throughout literature review,the author argue that future attention should focus on entrepreneurial risk-managing.
