| 摘 要： | 分析了在当前科技创新和知识积累迅速增长的背景下,以团队为基础的人力资本研究对企业技术创新能力的提升具有的重要作用,评述了企业中人力资本价值及其实现、团队的形成机制与基本理论、团队的绩效以及团队报酬激励机制等研究对企业技术创新能力的影响和作用,并就这几方面研究中存在的问题和难点,提出了自己的看法和建议。
