| 摘 要： | 基于企业资源基础论而形成和发展的企业能力理论,其实质是企业的知识本质论,而人力资本作为知识的载体,对于企业能力的形成和发展进化具有决定性作用。以企业知识为纽带,通过人力资本的投资、配置和激励对其相应作用的分析,构建了人力资本对企业能力的作用机制模型。

| Abstract: | Based on the resource-based theory,the firm capability theory is put forward and developed.The essence of the firm capability is the firm knowledge that resides in the human capital that is determinant to the formation and evolution of the firm capability.Furthermore,a frame about the human capital effect mechanism on the firm capability is established by the analysis of the human capital practices comprise of its investment,allocation and stimulation. |
