| 摘 要： | 在管理领域引入吸收能力概念的10多年中,吸收能力已被用来解释大量的组织现象。本文分别从吸收能力的概念界定、影响因素、分析模式及指标测量等方面对近十几年来有关吸收能力的研究进行回顾,并总结出现有研究的不足和建议未来的研究方向。
