| 摘 要： | 自主创新是支撑企业崛起的有力工具,也是企业持续发展的不竭动力。通过对LG的自主创新情况进行SWOT分析,了解了LG在自主创新方面具备的优势和劣势,明确了其面临的威胁,找到了发展的机遇,并在此基础上为LG自主创新模式的选择与实施提出了建议。
