企业开放式创新的产权欲望研究

企业开放式创新是一种动态的技术创新活动。从企业开放式创新的理论模型入手,首先分析了不同技术创新资源流入企业所带来的影响,也分析了企业技术流出的不同模式;指出不管是资源流入还是技术流出,都是企业对技术所有权和技术使用权的追逐,具体表现为企业开放式创新的产权欲望模型;通过模型体现了企业对于近期经济获利的思想,也体现了长期的技术创新战略。最后分析了产权欲望模型的局限性。
