| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国风险投资业的基本特点,阐述了中国风险投资存在的主要问题,即投资主体问题、退出机制问题、人才问题、法制环境问题、项目源问题,并针对这些问题提出了一系列对策,同时就各项对策具体提出了一些可操作性的建议。
