| 摘 要： | 在分别对技术范式转移的条件与企业价值网络的特点和价值形成机理进行探究后发现,在技术范式转移时期,企业价值网络将失去规模效应与垄断势力的优势。为此,深入探究了基于技术范式转移下企业价值网络的重构过程。

| Abstract: | After the study of technology paradigm transforwmtion and the features of firm value network reconstruction including its value form mechanism.We find that at the stage of technology paradigm transformation,the firm value network will lose its scale advantage and monopoly.So at that stage,it's necessary for firm's value network reconstruction.This paper is the study for the value network reconstruction in the condition of technology paradigm transformation. |
