The Human-Capital-Based Spillover Effect of MNCs on Chinese Local Companies

The flow of human capital is an important approach which accelerates the technology spillover effect from Multinational Corporations' investment in China.The paper analyzes the shaping mechanisms and the determinant factors of this "human-capital-based spillover effect",and establishes mathematical model to demonstrate the relationships between the human-capital-based spillover effect and employment localization,technological gap,and training investment.Finally,effective proposals to propel the positive human-capital-based spillover effect are suggested.
