| 摘 要： | 采用1978-2008年的年度时间序列数据,在VAR模型的基础上,利用单位根检验、协整检验、误差修正模型、格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应函数和方差分解分析了中国财政科技投入与经济增长的长期均衡关系与短期动态关系,结果表明,中国财政科技投入促进了经济增长,然而存在"时滞效应"和"边际效应递减"现象。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we uses the Unit Root Test,Cointegration Test,Error Correction Model,Granger Causality Test,Impulse Response Function and Variance Decomposition based on the VAR model to analyze the relation between fiscal expenditure for or Science & Technology and Economic Growth on the yearly time series data from 1978 to 2008.The results suggest that fiscal expenditure for or Science & Technology have promoted China's economic growth,however,there exists thelag effect and marginal effect. |
