| 摘 要： | 合作是现代组织生存发展的系统性优化机制,其多元性、有序性、互动性等特征决定了合作运行必然是依赖于各合作者之间的信任、宽容和理解。“信任—宽容—理解”是组织间建立合作关系,并持续有效运行的内化机制。
