| 摘 要： | 随着科研机构的转制,应用型科研机构技术创新已成为当前社会关注的热点。从分析研究类型入手,界定了应用型科研机构及其技术创新的内涵,运用德尔菲法与层次分析法,构建了应用型科研机构技术创新的综合评价方法,并进行了具体的实例分析,评价结果显示与实际情况吻合。

| Abstract: | With the transferring institution of S&R Institution,Technological innovation of applied S&R institution has become hot issue paid attention by society at present.This paper begins with analyzing research type,defines the denotation of applied S&R institution and its technological innovation,constructs the comprehensive evaluation approach of technological innovation of applied S&R institution by means of Delphi and AHP,and analyzes the concrete case study,which reveals its outcome according with practice. |
