| 摘 要： | 从科研项目的自身特点与我国对科研项目管理流程的调研开始,对科研院所分支机构的科研项目管理模式的现状进行分析,指出了其中的不足,并结合了科研院所分支机构的实例,对如何改进科研项目管理的模式进行了探讨,提出加强项目的过程管理与成果转化是针对科研院所分支机构的科研项目管理中的关键。

| Abstract: | At first,this paper mainly studies the characteristics of research projects with our management processes,then,analyzes the current managing situation of the branch of scientific research institutes which is related to the project management model,points out the deficiencies of which,combines with the example of branch scientific research institute on how to improve the management of research projects conducted a study model,at last,proposes that strengthening the project's process management and transforming the results of scientific research are the key of the project management of the branch of scientific research institutes. |
