| 摘 要： | 组织创新是区域创新网络的微观基础,在其自身创新的过程中,对组织本身特点的认识、清晰组织内的利益关系、构建良好的组织创新氛围是组织创新的重要条件,吸收知识、整合知识是创新展开的关键步骤。而通过组织间交流知识、协调互动,创新网络得到稳定、持续的发展。
