| 摘 要： | 首先简要分析了循环经济理论的基本思想,继而对工业园区新陈代谢的核心环节副产品交换系统的建立进行了详细分析。最后,结合大连开发区的实际案例,论文分析了如何通过副产品交换系统的建立提高工业园区内的资源循环与管理的效率和效益。
