| 摘 要： | 在产业集聚背景下,企业集团集群式创新已经成为企业组织创新的一种有效形式。首先对产业集聚为企业集团集群式创新提供了良好的文化环境、丰富的基础资源和创新所需的人力资源进行了分析,阐述了企业集团集群式创新为产业集聚提供了有利的知识条件,提高了企业生产力和企业竞争力从而加速了产业集聚的形成。最后从提高企业集团的有效竞争力,拓展企业集团未来的发展的弹性空间和提高企业集团的资源利用率,降低企业生产成本3个方面说明了产业集聚和企业集团集群式创新的协助效应。

| Abstract: | On the background of industrial agglomeration,enterprise group clustering-innovation has become effective organization form of enterprise organization.Firstly,this paper analyzes situations of industrial agglomeration offers good cultural environment,abundant basic resources and innovation needs of human resources.Secondly,this paper expounds situations of enterprise group clustering-innovation offers favorable knowledge conditions for industrial agglomeration.Enterprise group clustering-innovation also improves the enterprise productivity and competitiveness so as to promote formation of industrial agglomeration.Finally,The assist effect of industrial agglomeration and enterprise group clustering-innovation is elucidated from Improvement of enterprise group's effective competitiveness,expanding the future of enterprise group development space,increasing of resource utilization and decreased of production cost. |
