| 摘 要： | 首先对产学研结合的三种传统模式进行了研究。然后,基于国内外产学研发展的新趋势,探讨了产学研结合的共赢机理、资源集成机理和知识转移机理,在此基础上论证了产学研结合的四种现代模式,并对各种模式进行了比较分析。

| Abstract: | This paper examined three types of traditional modes of industry-study-research combination at first.Afterwards,on the basis of the new trend of industry-study-research development at home and abroad,discussed the all-win mechanism,resource integration mechanism and knowledge transfer mechanism of industry-study-research combination.Finally,the paper demonstrated four types of modern modes of industry-study-research combination,and conducted a comparative analysis on all modes. |
