摘    要:内部能力提升乃新创企业紧迫使命,但现有企业能力提升研究主要以成熟企业为研究对象,忽视了新创企业特点。通过分析企业内部能力与资源、知识及组织学习关系,在研究新创企业资源获取与组织学习战略基础上认为,充分借助外部网络关系,采取外部化或内外结合的方式不失为新创企业内部能力提升首选战略。本研究有助于推动新创企业更好地实现内部能力提升。

Abstract:Internal capability upgrade is a very imperative mission for new venture.Current studies in this area mainly focus on mature companies with little attention.paid to the features of new venture.Focusing on new venture,base on anaiyzing the reilationship between internal capability,resources.knowledge and organizational learning,the paper studies strategies of resource acquisition and organizational learning,found that externalization or a mixture of internal and external method based on external network is the preferred strategy of internal capability upgrade for new venture.It is believed this research is helpful for new venture to upgrade their internal capability.
