农业科研单位科技创新与成果转化的问题与对策研究

分析了农业科研单位进一步提高科技创新与成果转化能力的制约因素,从明确农业科研单位的创新主体地位和农业科研的公益性定位、突出创新转化一条线、加强原始创新和重大成果培育、构建技术链支撑延长产业链、创新成果转化体制机制、加强种业创新管理和知识产权保护、强化政府为主体的多元投入等方面提出了对策建议。

The research on problems and countermeasures on sci-tech innovation and achievement transformation of agricultural research institutions

As the main force of agricultural sci-tech in Sichuan province,agricultural research institutions had made remarkable achievements in the innovation and transformation of sci-tech since "the Tenth Five year".This paper analyzed the restrictive factors about further improving the capacity of innovation and achievement transformation,put forward countermeasures——clearing innovation subjective position of agricultural research institutions and public-welfare position of agricultural research,outstanding tight connectiong of innovation and transformation,strengthening original innovation and significant achievements cultivating,constructing technology chain to brace and lengthen industry chain,innovating system and mechanism of achievement transformation,reinforcing management of seed industry and intellectual property protection,strengthening the multiple input by government as the main body etc.
