摘    要:知识资本成为企业发展的首要要素 ,企业运作模式将呈现知识化趋向。通过深入探究组织学习、知识创新与组织创新等的内在互动性 ,提出基于组织学习与知识创新的企业组织创新的建议。

Abstract:Knowledge-capital is becoming the principal factor in the development of enterprises, enterprises operation mode tends to be more knowledge-based. Through the analysis of the interaction among organizational learning, knowledge innovation and organizational innovation, this paper puts forward the advices of organizational innovation for promoting organization learning and knowledge innovation.
