| 摘 要： | 随着网络经济的发展,原来的R&D内部化不能适应经济发展的需要,高新技术企业协作R&D呈现出越来越明显的外部化,网络化趋势。科学技术,技术标准和网络经济发展,以及网络效应,交易成本的减少等共同推动着高新技术企业协作R&D网络化的发展。
