| 摘 要： | 技术创新是推动经济增长的根本动力,也是企业核心竞争能力的集中体现。界面管理理论研究是分工经济发展到新的历史阶段的必然要求,也是整合各种资源,促进集成经济发展的客观需要。对企业技术创新过程中普遍存在的界面障碍进行分析,并提出相应的整合管理对策,有利于企业提高技术创新效率和核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation is the fundamental motivity to impel economy increase and the concentrate embodiment of enterprise core competition force.The research on interface management theory is the necessity request while division working economy developing to a new history stage,it is also the objective demand of integrating various resources and promoting integration economic development.It is propitious to improve enterprise technological innovation efficiency and core competition force to analyze the popular interface obstacle in enterprise technological innovation and put forward corresponding integration management strategy. |
