| 摘 要： | 2006年几乎在同一时间,中美两国分别发布了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》和《美国竞争力计划》。通过考察两国新科技政策的制定背景和主要内容,比较分析各自特点,提出我国未来科技创新战略应当注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Nearly at the same time in 2006,National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Plan and American Competitiveness Initiative were respectively issued by China and America.Through reviewing the contexts and main contents of the new strategies of the two countries,studying their own characteristics,the issues that should be concerned in intending science and technology innovation strategy are put forward. |
