简要回顾了知识管理的概念由来及其发展概况,分析指出了当今知识管理的综合战略动向。认为知识管理的综合战略,系指紧密围绕主体对象(组织或个人)的中心工作而展开实施的全方位、多元化的知识创新战略,以期最终达到不同时期或不同阶段的规划目标。在强调综合战略研究方向和重视隐含知识的基础上,提出了基于综合战略的知识管理定义,为进一步拓展知识管理的理论前沿提供了一个崭新的视点。

Trend of Knowledge Management And It's Compositive Strategies

The article introduces briefly the idea of KM(Knowledge Management)and it's origin and development history.On the bases of further analysis,the author gives us a result which the popular trend of KM is coming to apply compositive strategies.On the author's opinion,compositive strategies for KM include total and diversified knowledge innovation strategies which are performed for the main works in an object of study(an organization or a person).Different period of the object has the different plans and aims to be finished by these strategies.At the end of this Paper,the author create a new elementary definition of KM so as to emphasize the orientation of it's compositive strategies research and to pay more attention to worker's tacit knowledge.This paper finds a new horizon for further developing theoretical frontier of KM.
