| Abstract: | First,the background of virtual enterprise formed is deeply analyzed and its basic content framework is comprehensively studied.Then five successful models of virtual enterprise are put forward.Finally,it is pointed out that,if a Chinese enterprise wants to successfully use the development model of virtual enterprise for reference,it should be necessary to take five innovation measures. |
