拥有较为先进的技术是进行跨国经营的重要前提。随着经济全球化与新经济的发展 ,跨国公司技术扩散以及随之而产生的溢出效应越来越显示出重要性。本文在基于跨国公司国际化进程中的技术扩散的路径选择模式及溢出效应分析的前提下 ,针对技术扩散的特征及影响因素 ,构建跨国经营中技术扩散风险评价体系。并以跨国公司在华技术扩散的战略思路为例 ,探讨基于技术扩散的风险防范策略 ,以及对中国企业跨国经营的借鉴与启示

Study on the technology transfer & diffusion and the risk defense during the Enterprises' process of internationalization

Owning the comparatively advanced technology is the key precondition of going along the transnational operation.Along with the economy globalization and the development of new economy,the technology transfer & diffusion of MNEs and the spillovers are gradually presenting the importance.The paper,based on the path choice mode of the technology transfer & diffusion and spillovers analysis of the MNEs in the process of internationalization,aimed at the characteristics and influent factors of the technology transfer & diffusion,sets up the evaluation system of the technology transfer & diffusion risks in the transnational operation.The author,taking the strategic thought of the technology transfer & diffusion of MNEs in China as an example,explores the tactics of the risk defense against the technology transfer & diffusion,and the enlightenment and use reference for the Chinese enterprises'transnational business.
