| Abstract: | Venture capital has a positive impact on technological innovation.In a long time,the relationship between venture capital and technological innovation has not been empirically researched.Venture capital and the input of corporate R&D are the input of innovation,but who is more effective?This paper analyzed the relationship between venture capital and technological innovation by understanding the features of venture capital and the organizational forms of technological innovation,and explained the strong impact of veture capital on technological innovation according to the evidence from U.S.A. |
