| Abstract: | With the coming of knowledge economy era,knowledge management has become an important part of modern enterprise management.In this paper,the concept and characteristics of knowledge management is,in the first place,discussed.Then,it is presented that knowledge management is very important for an enterprises to enhance its core competence.Finally,based upon the analysis of the existing problems of the enterprises in our country,strategic measures about carrying out knowledge management are put forward. |
