| 摘 要： | 培养创新人才,是我国建设创新型国家的必然要求,也是我国高等教育改革发展的必然趋势。本文阐述了高等教育培养创新人才的重要意义,分析了我国高等教育创新人才培养的制约因素,并从转变教育观念、优化教学内容、改革教学方法、加强实践教学、改革考评机制、建设高素质教师队伍等方面提出高等教育培养创新人才的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Innovative talents cultivation is not only highly demanded by our country development,but also necessity trend of higher education.This article demonstrate importance of innovative talents cultivation in higher education.Analysis factors which restrain its development.And put forward approches from transforming education thought,optimizing teaching content,reforming teaching methods,strengthen practical education,reforming evaluation system and building high quality staff. |
