八十年代后跨国公司技术转移特征——基于技术范式理论视角的分析

根据G.多西的技术范式理论,技术转移可看成是技术范式创新的一个重要环节,技术转移包括技术范式中的硬核技术和保护带技术的转移。跨国公司技术转移新特征表现在三个方面:逐步成为国际技术转移的主体,原因在于占有着技术范式中的硬核技术;跨国公司内部交叉式转移,原因在于同一技术范式内部技术的可通约性;合作创新与技术转移并行的特征,其原因是为了建立技术同盟和进一步创新需要。这些特征对我国企业的发展具有启迪意义。

Technology Transfer Characteristics of Multinational Companies after the 1980s——Analysis based on the view of technology transfer

Based on the G·Dosi's Theory of technology Paradigm.Technology transfer,including the transfer of technological core and technological belt of the technology paradigm,can be considered as an important element of technicalparadigm innovation.There are three features in technology transfer bymultinational companies:the multinational companies have gradually developedinto the leading force in international technology transfer,for they possess the technological core of the technology paradigm;cross-transfer among themultinational companies,for the commensurability of the internal technology in the same technology paradigm;Collaborative Innovation parallels with TechnologyTransfer for the purpose of establishing a technological alliance and furtherinnovation.These features have enlightening meanings for the development of Chinese enterprises.
