| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是企业、高校和研究结构实现资源优势整合的一种有效途径。但过去几年的实践经验表明,目前的这种合作方式中还存在着诸多问题与不足,并没有达到预期效果。从不同角度对目前产学研合作中存在的主要问题进行了阐述和分析并根据问题实质提出了一些建设性意见。

| Abstract: | The University-Industry Cooperation is a kind of effective way integrating the resource advantage of Enterprises、Universities and Institutes.But,according to the past practice for years,there are still many problems and deficiency in such cooperative way,and the perceived effect is not attained.In this article,many main problems are explained from different angles and some constructive suggestions are also got based on the problem essence. |
