| 摘 要： | 企业拥有的智力资本存量并不一定会增加企业的价值,在存量即定的情况下,智力资本会对企业价值产生什么样的影响主要取决于智力资本的投资效率。智力资本管理不能只片面注重存量管理,还必须采取有效措施,提升智力资本的价值提取能力。
