开放式创新模式下组织间知识转移、环境动荡性对企业创新绩效的影响研究

摘    要:理论推演出开放式创新模式下组织间知识转移、环境动荡性对创新绩效影响的概念模型,并展开实证研究。研究结果表明:组织间知识转移对创新绩效的提升具有显著的正向影响,技术动荡性对企业创新绩效的影响不显著,市场动荡性对企业创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,技术动荡性和市场动荡性调节效应均不明显。深入探讨实证结果的理论与实践意义,提出相应的策略建议。

Abstract:This paper explores the influence of inter-organizational knowledge transfer and environmental dynamism on innovation performance.The results show that inter-organizational knowledge transfer has a significant positive impact on the enhancement of innovation performance,the effect of technical dynamism on innovation performance is not significant,and the effect of market dynamism on innovative performance is significant and positive.While both of the technology dynamism and market dynamism has no obvious moderating effect on the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge transfer and innovation performance.Finally,this paper demonstrates the theoretical value and practical significance of empirical results in depth and proposes the suggestions accordingly.
