| 摘 要： | 不同类型的中小企业融资特点不同,对融资渠道和条件的要求也不同。从融资研究角度出发,根据中小企业在经济发展中的角色,主要考虑三种类型:1、传统产业中的中小企业;2、市场开拓型的中小企业;3、创新型的高新技术中小企业。每种类型都有适合自己的融资方式。试图对其融资方式的选择和政策的利用方面提供建议,为中小企业塑造良好的融资环境。

| Abstract: | The financing characteristics are different from all kinds of SMEs,and financing ways and qualification are also different.According to the role in the economic development,the paper mainly consider three kinds of SMEs based on the financing research.First,traditional SMEs.Second,market-niche-finding SMEs.Third,avant-garde SMEs.Each type has financing channels adaptable to its condition.The paper will try to make some suggestions on choices and policies about financing ways available,and to shape well financing circumstance. |
