| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业的发展离不开金融的支持。针对科技型中小企业的融资特点和我国科技型中小企业的融资现状,通过借鉴国际经验,从加强政府支持、完善风险投资机制、加大商业银行支持和建立多层次资本市场这四个方面论述了如何构建科技型中小企业的金融支持体系。

| Abstract: | The development of Technology-based small and middle businesses(SMEs) can not be separated from the finance support.With regard to the finance characteristics and finance status of Technology-based SMEs in China,by drawing on the international experience,this paper researches how to build Technology-based SMEs financial support system through the following four aspects: strengthening the government support,improve the risk investment mechanism,increase the support of commercial bank,the establishment of a multi-level capital market. |
