| 摘 要： | 目前影响最大的农业推广组织主要有5种类型,即行政型农业推广组织、教育型农业推广组织、科研型农业推广组织、企业型农业推广组织和自助型农业推广组织。从各类推广组织内部结构的优化、各类组织之间的互动与协调、组织与其所处环境之间的关系等3个方面,探讨了我国农业推广组织体系建设的基本思路与建议。

| Abstract: | The most influential 5 types of agricultural extension organizations are government-run,education-oriented,research-oriented,enterprises-run and self-service respectively.This paper comprehensively examines the organizational system in China.Suggestions for optimization of internal organizational structure,interaction and coordination among the organizations,relationship between organization and environment,etc.are proposed. |
