从引进到创新:韩国现代汽车技术创新路径的启示和借鉴

中韩两国汽车企业都采用了二次创新即引进消化吸收再创新的技术创新路径,然而韩国实现了从纯技术进口国到向国外厂商发放技术许可证的技术出口国的蜕变,而我国汽车企业的核心技术研发能力一直没有取得突破性的提升,自主创新能力还较薄弱。以韩国现代汽车为例,对韩国汽车企业创新路径进行系统分析,并与我国汽车企业进行对比,归纳其成功的经验及对我国汽车企业发展的启示。

From introduction to innovation: revelation from the technology innovation path of Hyundai motor company

Both China and Korea automobile enterprise adopted the same technology development path——secondary innovation namely introduction-absorption—innovation.However Korea has become a technology export country from a net technology import country,whereas China has made little material progress in the core part of automobile industry technique,Chinese automobile enterprises are unsubstantial in technology innovation.this article takes Hyundai motor company as an example,gives a contrast research on the innovation route of Chinese and Korean automobile enterprise,then concludes the experience,finally puts forward some advices to Chinese automobile enterprise.
