| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业持久竞争优势的源泉,而技术联盟是企业获取技术创新的方式之一,很多企业置身于复杂的企业网络中,以此提升企业的技术创新能力。在企业实现技术联盟的过程中,有些企业就成为网络中的核心企业。因此,界定了核心技术联盟的概念,并从核心技术联盟形成的动因角度,分析核心技术联盟既能提高联盟内核心企业技术新构想的获取能力,也可提升非核心企业的研究开发能力、生产制造能力和市场营销能力,从而提高了联盟企业的技术创新能力。
