| 摘 要： | 本文采用理论分析和实证分析相结合的研究方法对基于企业家精神的企业创新网络进行研究。首先从创新模式的发展史中描述了技术创新新的行为特征 ,以此提出了企业创新网络的概念和新的观点 ,指出了企业家精神在浙江企业创新网络发展中的关键作用 ,并对东港企业进行了实证分析 ,以期对浙江省企业创新网络的发展有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | The thesis adopts theoretical and demonstrational analyst method to research on the enterprise's innovation network based on the enterpreneurship.The thesis describes the traits of technological innovation on the basis of the analysis of innovation pattern,providing the conception and some viewpoints about the enterprise's innovation network.Then,the thesis points out that enterpreneurship plays a important role in the development of the enterprise's innovation network.Finally,Donggang corporation is investigated as a demonstration and we hope it will be helpful to the other enterprises. |
