| 摘 要： | 战略联盟是企业之间随着市场竞争更加激烈所形成的一种新的合作方式。众多学者已从高新技术企业、中小企业、国内外企业等不同角度 ,对战略联盟进行了分析 ,尚缺乏对风险投资企业之间战略联盟管理的研究。由于风险投资企业之间的战略联盟与一般企业有着较大区别 ,本文拟从风险投资企业战略联盟的特征、影响因素等方面分析其管理。

| Abstract: | Strategic alliance is a new co-operation pattern that the enterprises adapt to t he need of the competition. So many of the literates have studied on the strateg ic alliances from the aspects of high-tech corporation, small and medium-sized e nterprises and Sino-foreign enterprises.Because of the difference between the St rategic Alliance in the Venture Capital Industry and the formal industry, we pla n to discuss the management from the characteristics and the influence factors o f it. |
