中小企业R&D融资与风险投资研究

作为中小企业,其本质是弱质的和不稳定的,在与大企业的激烈的R&D竞争中往往处于劣势地位,需要得到政府的特别支持。对中小企业的R&D融资支持,发达国家已有相对较为完善的政策支持体系,我国虽然也制定了一些支持政策和措施,但与发达国家相比还有较大的差距,因而有必要进一步完善融资政策,给予中小企业R&D活动更有力的支持。同时,应积极完善中小企业的风险投资机制。

the small and medium-sized enterprises' essence is feeble and unstable,often is at the inferiority position with the big enterprises'steep R&D competition,needs to have government's special support.To the small and medium-sized enterprise financing support support.the developed country had the relative more perfect pollicy support policies and measures,but compares with the developed country also has the big disparity,thus has the necessity further perfect financing support policy,gives a small and medium-sized enterprise more powerful support,and perfect positively risk investment machine-processed.
